Last year, Minnesota teenager Zach Sobiech inspired millions with “Clouds,” a heartfelt song written in the midst of his battle against a rare form of bone cancer.

In a video released on Monday, a group of celebrities decided to send some inspiration back his way.

They took part in a moving tribute of his viral YouTube hit, lip-synching to “Clouds” in a video made for the Lakeland, Minn. teen who recently celebrated his 18th birthday. Stars like Bryan Cranston, Anna Faris, Sarah Silverman, Ed Helms, Jenna Elfman, Jason Mraz, the Lumineers and Rachel Bilson all make appearances in the video directed and produced by Justin Baldoni of Soul Pancake, a media company founded by actor Rainn Wilson of “The Office” fame.

“The Sobiech family is deeply touched by the response of the actors and musicians who participated in the ‘Clouds’ tribute and are grateful they are helping Zach raise awareness about osteosarcoma,” the family said in a statement to TODAY.com.

Sobiech was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer, when he was 14 years old. In June of 2012, he was told by doctors that he had months, maybe a year, to live. He turned to music for solace and performs as part of the band A Firm Handshake with friends Sammy Brown and Reed Redmond. His family has also set up the Zach Sobiech Osteosarcoma Fund to raise money for the Children’s Cancer Research Fund.

The celebrity-filled video had more than 420,000 views in five days, but still has some catching up to do with Sobiech’s original of “Clouds,” which has garnered more than 2.7 million views since it was released in December. In a scene in an emotional documentary about Sobiech by Soul Pancake, Baldoni unveiled the celebrity tribute to Sobiech and his family.

We recently had a chance to spend a day in Bluebell, visiting the set of Hart of Dixie, as the cast shot the season finale. Dr. Brick Breeland himself, Tim Matheson, directed the episode. We spoke to Tim and his costars Cress Williams and Scott Porter about what fans can expect from this season’s goodbye. Not only can we look forward to an appearance by the country band Gloriana, but also, they promised us an “homage to Oceans 11″ in the heist-themed episode. Check out our look behind-the-scenes look, and catch Hart of Dixie’s season-two finale tonight at 8/7 Central.

Hart of Dixie’s Travis Van Winkle, made an appearance on AfterBuzz TV’s Hart of Dixie aftershow last Tuesday night. In his appearance, Van Winkle talks about his role on the hit CW series and calls Rachel Bilson “difficult.”

Travis on working with Rachel Bilson:
“[Rachel Bilson] is a pain in the ass. She’s difficult. No seriously. I’m joking – she’s amazing. She’s wonderful and she’s a true professional. She comes in and does her work. Very approachable and very easy to talk to; very fun-loving. She’s a good person.”

Travis on the Hart of Dixie cast and coming in during the second season:
“The shows that end up working are the shows that have that – the camaraderie because then you can go through the ups and downs and have the support from one another…I’m very easy-going. They came with open arms, and I walked right in and nuzzled up. It’s been a very easy transition on that show.”

Travis on playing Jonah:
“What I like about this character – there’s a British wit to him. He’s very sharp and he makes fun of Zoe a lot, but that’s his charm. It’s nice to play a character that a little edgy but also has a smile on his face and gentle when he has to be. To me, it’s a very dynamic character, and as I’ve progressed in my career, I’ve played more guys like that.”

Travis on his character, Jonah, having power over Zoe:
“It was a nice turn. It was nice to have the power over Zoe for a change. She just kept messing up and I could just keep sticking it to her. It was nice to also really have more of a dramatic episode…when her and I have that moment where I understand where she is coming from. To me that kind of connection through this little bit of drama can lead to possibly something a little bit deeper than what we have had.”

Travis on Wade and Lemon:
“I think [Wade and Lemon] both, their crazies compliment each other. They have a complimentary crazy that could just work.”

Travis on Zoe saying she loves George Tucker:
“I would have thanked her for being honest, it took courage to come here and do and say that and say thank you. Then I would have yelled at her and sent her on her way, graciously.”

We’re so excited to have Hart of Dixie star, style icon, and the girl who will forever be Summer Roberts in our hearts—Rachel Bilson—on the cover this month. Check out some of our favorite photos from the shoot, along with behind-the-scenes scoop and video, and a sneak peek at what Rachel has to say about style and boyfriend, Hayden Christensen.

On how she and Hayden spend their free nights: “I love to cook, so we make dinner at home a lot and watch movies.”

On having kids: “I definitely have family on the brain. Having kids is something I want to see in my future – I hope.”

On being a good girlfriend: “I’m a really good girlfriend – I always put all that first in my life. I’m definitely the person who would make him his favorite dinner to come home to.”

If Rachel could do a karaoke duet with anyone, it would be…“Eminem”, and they would sing “anything. I secretly want to be a rapper.”

“I hate being too pretty. I always add something that gives it a little funk. A leather jacket over a wedding dress—I would totally do that. I’m lucky that my boyfriend is open-minded when it comes to fashion. There will be an outfit I’m convinced will be too crazy for him and he’s like ‘That’s awesome!’”

Rachel Bilson stays in shape by dancing.

The 31-year-old actress prefers dancing to regular exercise and credits it with helping her to keep fit.

Speaking at the BlackBerry Z10 Smartphone launch party at Cecconi’s Restaurant in Los Angeles on Wednesday (20.03.13), she told BANG Showbiz: ‘I love dancing, it’s such a great way to stay in shape.’

Rachel also revealed she loves to take fashion risks, even if they don’t always work out.

She explained: ‘I don’t like to say no when it comes to fashion. My motto is try it once and if it doesn’t work don’t do it again. Right now I love plaid, I have plaid everything.’

Meanwhile, Chloe Moretz, 16, also attended the party and said she loved working with Jim Carrey on the upcoming movie ‘Kick Ass 2′ but didn’t try to turn the tables on the funnyman.

She said: ‘I loved working with Jim, he’s so great. We didn’t play any practical jokes on him though.’
Chloe, who was joined by her brother Trevor at the event, later tweeted: ‘Having the best time at the Blackberry Z10 launch event #blackberry10! (sic)’

Rachel and Chloe were joined at the party by stars including Christina Ricci, Rosie Huntington- Whiteley, Pia Toscana and Josh Duhamel.
